Vonage stopped making calls after I updated iPhone to 13 iOS , and she I restore all settings and delete all iPhone content Vonage again can make a call, but after few hours problem returns!!! I did everything and that is a problem with app
Calls stopped working completly after I have updated to ios 13
Vonage is not as good as it used to be. I have not been able to text for over a month yet I still get charged. You can never talk to a human being. U wait 29 minutes to text with someone who is texting 10 other people. I used to live this company. Not really now. Looking for options as soon as I can take the number.
Customer for years with Vonage with two companies. This year customer service has dropped. Chat option unavailable most days. Signed on two additional companies last year and was promised a bonus. Never received the bonus. When reaching out to the sales representative that signed up two new companies got automated email that he was promoted and no longer in that role.
They turned off text capabilities without any notification. Unable to reach anyone by phone or chat. Impossible to cancel services. No accountability.
My messaging has been stopped. The process to be in compliance is archaic & my business has been down x1 month pending “review”. Its unacceptable. Ive sent emails & requests & requests for a phone call meeting. I get nothing. I do not recommend at this poknt they are putting my business in jeapordy.
I can’t send text s since a month and every time I contact them they say they will solve it within a 48 hours and nothing happens.
I have been a Vonage customer for years and I have watched the literal rot/decay in the quality of customer service. I deliberately chose the word, rot, and the word decay!!! I have been without SMS texting for nearly 2 months despite multiple attempts request. I’ve done what it was required of me and as of this day NO response and I CANNOT SEND TEXT MESSAGES. it is highly improbable that anyone at this company will read this but if I was P&L responsible for VONAGE, I would be deeply concerned that apparently, no one appreciate and value the customer. Remember this:“The best source of new business is an old customer.”
We have been Vonage customers for 10 years. During the recent 10DLC registration campaign we dutifully registered in January. We heard nothing back until May 21 saying we needed an update to our registration. They then promptly turned off our sms services and even though we gave them the update it is still down almost 4 weeks later. They never actually registered me even though they have been charging me for registration for 6 months. It is disgraceful.
