APPALLING SERVICE
Just found the app is ignoring all incoming calls from mobile! Support is a joke!
Avoid this company
Used to be a good company a while back but now there is no telephone support at all and the web support and chat line is useless. The superuser administrative panel is non-intuitive and almost impossible to work out how to use. Some of the features do not work and respond with errors. A phone number is given and when you phone it you were told to only use web chat. As an IT consultant I have unfortunately recommended Vonage. Now I will be migrating all of these clients to a decent service provider as soon as possible. I would give Vonage zero stars if I could *****. avoid at all costs ****
Poor signal almost everywhere
I’ve got great coverage and even on wifi the call quality is beyond poor. It’s not an ideal way of dealing with potential customers

Very poor call making & receiving facility.
Hard to get hold off anyone when major issue
Can’t answer business calls for two days no response from anyone and when I ring it’s a game off pass the parcel on the phone line then get cut off
