An absolute waste
Used this app for an audio tour of St Peter’s Basilica. The guides associated with Vox City were kind and welcoming but that’s where it ends. The app, when it actually was working, would constantly freeze or get stuck on screens I couldn’t leave. Other times it would just crash out and require a restart. Within 10 minutes of using it, I ended up just closing it and using a standard guidebook. Thankfully the VC tour wasn’t much more than ticket price for the dome but I definitely wouldn’t opt to try it again.

No instructions in how to use and it’s difficult to figure out by your own.
Does not work
Cannot move past the intro after purchasing an audio tour. Every recent review is 1 star.
Ridiculous.
Not worth a penny. Short messages without any details (approximately 1 min per stop) & long walks in between. Don’t buy!!!
Won’t recognize the QR code. Terrible app.
Won’t recognize the QR Code so I can’t download the audio guide (to St. Peter’s Basilica). Terrible app.

Crap bloatware
Rubbish. Does not work on recent iOS version. Omnia employees couldn’t be bothered in person to troubleshoot. St Peter’s is better experienced without crap software. I consider this false advertising of services part of a package deal. Avoid.
St Peter’s Basilica
Great way to have a self guided tour of St Peter’s. Make sure you bring earphones or EarPods. A bit confusing as to where you are supposed to look. Some misspellings in the guide.
