Worked a treat
Tried this app in Rome in both St Peters and on a public bus. Both worked really well. Knew where I was every step of the way. Loved the auto play as we drove across town and whilst there was no data roaming costs it did use phone battery quite heavily.
Difficult to follow
No instructions in how to use and it’s difficult to figure out by your own.
Does not work
Cannot move past the intro after purchasing an audio tour. Every recent review is 1 star.
Ridiculous.
Not worth a penny. Short messages without any details (approximately 1 min per stop) & long walks in between. Don’t buy!!!
Won’t recognize the QR code. Terrible app.
Won’t recognize the QR Code so I can’t download the audio guide (to St. Peter’s Basilica). Terrible app.

Didn’t work and had to buy tickets separately
Crap bloatware
Rubbish. Does not work on recent iOS version. Omnia employees couldn’t be bothered in person to troubleshoot. St Peter’s is better experienced without crap software. I consider this false advertising of services part of a package deal. Avoid.
St Peter’s Basilica
Great way to have a self guided tour of St Peter’s. Make sure you bring earphones or EarPods. A bit confusing as to where you are supposed to look. Some misspellings in the guide.
Did not work
The map & audio only partly downloaded & will not open. Can’t remove & retry as then the password is invalid.
