Frame is a great size. App is easy to use, not a lit if option to crop. Remote never worked. Would be nice if remote was incorporated into the app

App keeps crashing with latest update. No support email available. Really disappointing

No customer support. Photos are not loading as promised.

The frame itself works great. I can upload it easy. However, the app slows my phone down and drains my battery. The safari internet does not work while it is downloaded either.

The app worked fine for awhile and now I can’t push any photos to the frame I purchase for my mom.

I can’t even set up mine because the app won’t let me get past the first initial page of entering my full name. Literal waste of money at this point.

Terrible app. Only allows you to upload photos- nothing more. No customer support- instructions given with photo frame are a joke and do not match the actual product.

We gifted the frame. Set it up and got everyone’s phones connected, it was good at first. Fast forward 2 days and now the app isn’t working for me. I keep getting a “network error” code. I’ve restarted my phone, updated the app and still nothing. It’s working for my husband so that’s why I’m giving it 2 starts rather than 1… disappointed. Hoping they can fix this issue soon..
