Began using this app about the I’m I got an iPhone 4S. Back then I had access to all servers. Not sure how long it changed but I no longer have that access. Just a free server that doesn’t work with US, Europe or Asian countries. Customer service is nonexistent. It’s too bad. Was reliable, now it isn’t.
Too bad, can't use it anymore. Please fix it.､
French Server inexistant. Replaced several months ago with US server, now German. No customer service whatsoever. eMails not replied ... automatic response all in Chinese. STAY AWAY !
29 May 2020: The wait is over, after eight days of mysterious unloggable VPN Express, I logged in this morning and got my 20 Mb free. So... you owe me 160 Mb free for those 8 days I missed 😠👎🏽 It is great to have you back ☺️👍🏽 I was still able to use it, thank God I was safe, isolated, alone at home and my iPad was still protected. The only problem, I was getting the message that I was logged off and I needed to log in back. Except, when I did try to log in back... I used to use this app in China or other countries few years ago and it works. However, it has been the second time that I’ve tried to login in this months and the APP did not allow me. It keeps on giving me me this msg “ Network Error - Please try again later, or your session has expired: please re-login”. We’ve paid for the service but we can’t use it now. Such a ripe off! Apple should consider taking this app down. Don't fool the future consumers!

Don't know what the tech guys were thinking but now it freezes up my phone and then crashes it so a restart is required.. Use at your own discretion. Customer Support is non existent..
Was very good about 4 years back. My how things disappoint.
It is not working any more especially in UAE because it has not been updated since 2012 and the speed are for all Country is more than 400ms. You west your money
