Unable to log into server after paying subscription. Wrote to help centre but was ignored . Request refund but non response Nor reply.... Don’t get cheated !

It used to be very good, and it is getting worse now! Not recommended to buy!
Easy Setup, User Friendly
User friendly and effortless setup. It is keeping logging time which I hope it could do away with. Connection tend to break after an hour or so leaving one exposed. Hope this could be rectified. Connection is fast and easy. Rewards are bonus which should be given more frequently.
