Nothing but problems!
Did not work for us.
Still trying to get refunded
This app won’t work on my older MacBook so asked for refund. Spent hours in chat, they dropped me 3 times after entering all info requested, sent screenshot of their email accepting payment but they still say they can’t help. Think twice before purchasing. Update, been a couple days and unanswered emails from ultra. Still no refund. Poor way to run a company. Wish I had read the reviews first. You would think it would be cheaper to honor refund than have all the bad reviews chasing potential buyers away! Oh man. Ultra sent me an email via Apple in response to this review apologizing for the inconvenience, and then directed me to go to support and basically start all over again. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Every time I open the app it cannot connect I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it worked I don’t want to keep doing that for it to connect, starting to think this is a waste of my money

The app works great with apple products but will not download to my fire cube or LG tv. Wasted money

I installed the app from the App Store and it says I didn’t when I click get from App Store it says open!!! I’ve tried reinstalling it and it has the same problem!!!

Half the time it works and the other half of the time it doesn’t work, which gets really annoying. But all in all, has been super helpful!
