I wanted to try free trial but it charged me immediately, I canceled the subscription right away, I just want to get my money back. Please support me on this. I couldn’t find any help line on app

Poor
Had UltraVPN for almost a year now. Frustratingly useless for streaming UK TV from the USA, constantly losing connection and being geoblocked. And no, it’s not my internet, this VPN provider is junk. Don’t bother wasting your time with UltraVPN.
Unable to connect
I just can’t connect … it says failed to initialise vpn adaptor… whatever that means. Rubbish, i tried contacting them… silence radio…terrible choice of vpn

Ok but no support and unreliable. Chat bot that drives you mad. A lot of death loops but it is cheap. Just not reliable or user friendly

Won’t work for me at all, doesnt even connect. I am on holiday abroad with good WiFi but can’t watch tv if VPN won’t work. I have tried to contact them but not getting a response. I have wasted my money.

Terrible service
This service has been very intermittent and not what i signed up for . My Smart TV and my iPhone could not download Ultra VPN .. a wasts of money and I would like a refund please .Linda Edward
