Start your VSCO membership with a free 7-day trial. Once the trial is over, you’ll be charged an annual subscription fee. Your VSCO membership will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can go to your Settings > iTunes Account & App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions to manage your membership and turn auto-renew off. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed.

Вчера в подписках на iOS узнала, что моя подписка на VSCO стоит 34,99 (для меня это было неожиданностью, я подумала, что стоимость моего плана изменилась). Для меня это дорого и я решила сменить план, перейдя на план 19.99. Было написано, что мне вернут разницу. Сегодня с меня сняли 19,99$. Я проверила свои платежи. Оказалось, что у меня и раньше была подписка за 19.99 (куплена в сентябре и действовала до сентября 2025 года), просто видимо в подписках на устройстве указывалась неверная информация. Я хотел бы отменить вчерашнюю подписку и вернуть подписку до сентября 2025 года, так как меня ввели в заблуждение.
К сожалению, саппорт меня игнорирует, хотя я описала ситуацию и в форме, и по email.
