I recently got a new phone and I haven’t been able to get into my account… it says that there is an issue connecting my account. Other than that I really like the app, it’s just unfortunate I can’t get back into my account with all my memories 😔😔
This used to be a great app and then they started charging for every damn feature that used to be free. Literally locking filters which I can get on another photo app for free
Won’t let me post a picture or update my profile pic. Restarted my phone, no help. Keeps saying there’s been an error.
My account got suspended because the app glitched and put in the wrong date of birth. I am finding it very hard to get it back also.

Not sure I agree on the split of free and pro features. I understand my opinion is invalid because I’m not paying for pro, but I’m also unlikely to do it because it leaves a bad taste.
What is going on with the app? It’s so glitchy and slow to run? I can’t use it at all. Have deleted it and tried reinstalling and still no joy. Not worth paying any more for. I’m disappointed because this used to be my favorite app. Going to cancel my subscription
