App is easy to use but after making a small investment as a trial, after 4 months my investment is in the negative. Won’t be putting any more money in until I see positive gains.

I’ve just opened an account and the last thing needed is for me to add the funds, i’ve emailed twice and i’ve been trying for a month, the screen darkens and freezes after getting past the plaid page and through the bank . so frustrating and such slow customer service

I have been following Waheds journey for many years and was very excited when they launched in the uk. After reading some reviews and watching some YouTube videos I decided to put some money in. As soon as I invested the chart was on a down trend so I just left it for a while to see how it plays out. It just kept going down. They invest in other etfs, gold and themselves. Fair enough. I always knew capital is at risk. That part that bothered me however is when I decided to withdraw fund. It said I withdrew at a certain amount it then took about a week for them to process the funds after the amount had dropped more. Therefor I didn’t receive that amount when I withdrew rather a lower amount after waiting about a week later

Nice and easy app to use. Good for ethical and halal investing

The application UX is bad. I selected date of birth and it keeps adding 1 day to the selected date. I have been trying to reach the customer service both on call and email but they never responded to any of my calls and mails for the past two days. Terrible application and terrible customer service.

The app is ok it’s easy to use but I have had trouble withdrawing my money and so that’s why I have held back on investing more on this platform.

I love how easy it is to use the app. Some of the menus aren’t intuitive enough in my opinion , like finding how to change your portfolio risk appetite. Even after enabling Face ID on the app, the app constantly asks for password. I turned off Face ID on the app then turned it ON again and it worked 😬

The app is okay on a basic level. However I am interested in the small details of my investments including when purchases are made and sold and when I receive dividends, which the app doesn’t provide information on. Now the weblink login is no longer available, it’s extremely frustrating that I can’t be privy to all the deals on my account. PLEASE AMEND

I’ve invested with Wahed for over 3 years now, the app went through major improvements which means the developer is committed to making the investing journey smooth for anyone. My portfolios performed well and above the market benchmark and what else to say it’s all halal! I trust they will bring halal investing to the next step

I have been using the App for a long time now, and the customer service isn’t replying, I been wanting to Withdraw my money but it keeps saying saying I can’t do it because I have to link my bank (which shows on the app it’s already linked) I can’t seem to reach out for help which just makes things so bad
