STUPID APP!!!
i have no idea why it kept giving me the ‘Oops! Something went wrong” notification 🙄 the customer service is NOT OF ANY HELP. once i get this resolved im moving to another ebank. goodbye bigpay 🤡🤡🤡

I will advise anyone trying to open a nee BigPay account to desist from doing so, they have been closing peoples accounts and not refund their money. Other platforms are will refund your money if they have any reason whatsoever to do so. BigPay has closed several people’s account without refund and they will never give you a reason. If after reading this and still went ahead to open an account with them, then accept whatever this criminal organisation does. If you’re closing peoples account, it’s common sense you refund their money since January, I want my money.
this issue has been ages. once, i couldn’t log in for 4-5 months and i have contacted the agent for countless times due to this issue. the company doesn’t seem to care about improving their own app & services. i can bear it if the issue only lasted a few months but its almost a year now. i live in the uk and i cant make transactions any easy in malaysia even with bigpay, somehow bigpay made it even worse. you lost a patient customer here. please fix your god damn existing issues. i pity those who work in the customer service for bigpay as im pretty sure they face tons of customers for this problem, and they cant seem to just provide the otp number as thats the only thing i need because the company itself doesn’t put any effort to resolve this problem. i hope they get better jobs someway.
I love this app. I use it almost everyday as I travel a lot. I updated the app 2 days ago and the only thing that loads is the policy update notice... and nothing on the page is even clickable. Please fix this ASAP guys... I’m depending on you 🥺 thanks!
I changed my phone number and now I cant seem to log into my old account. In the help section, it is asking me to log into my old app and then apparently I will be sent me a secure number/OTP, but to my old number... which makes no sense as I am no longer able to receive any messages on my old number, hence the need to change numbers. Definitely not well thought of. Looks like I’ll have to create a new account?!?!?
I have been using another ‘bank-challenger’ service and I never had to pay a cent for common transactions like remittances, atm withdrawal in other countries and even global transfer. I thought big pay has the same or similar service but I was completely wrong because almost every single thing is charged including for every atm withdrawal in malaysia, I’m truly upset with this.
scammed rm20 out of me. don’t use this app
Using the bigpay card is awesome. I travel quite a bit, so it’s super handy for me to keep track of my expenses.
