This game has taken such a decline from when I last played. If you want to progress in the campaign levels you have to use the same four generic characters. Not much room to get unique characters either, unless of course you empty your pockets. Not worth the time anymore
Customer service is severely lacking they will not refund for purchases that should not have been made.
Lots of negative reviews from players saying they have played the game for years. If you don’t like something why have you been playing it for years? 1+1=3? Something does not add up. The game can be played for free and has lots to do. Story line is solid but also dated. You will get bested by players who spend, all games are like this so don’t be too surprised. You can put lots of time in or spend to fast forward if you will. Everyone seems to rant about things they don’t like and rarely say things they do like. This game is solid free game that to win top events you spend time or money.
Zero regard for community and fan base, don’t recommend.
I played for over 5 years and one issue with the game besides the extreme P2W is the power of the characters an example is how they went from 5 stars to 6 stars making years of grinding 5 stars all for nothing then they added S class which kills 6 stars and they have kept it going to where if you cannot keep up with the game you’re out of luck
During the tutorial, a store pop up shows up during dialogue and then the “next” and “skip” buttons do not work after closing the pop up and I can’t get past that screen.
Update causes crash when trying to claim new log in reward. Can’t play.
New rewards calendar is so great it crashes the game entirely when I try to claim rewards and there’s no way to not claim them. Very cool
Keep having issues with the game restarting and nobody is helping. Played along time , monthly subscriptions spent a lot of time and money on this game . Must be time to move on ?
There was an error with my game they kept occurring, this happened numerous times as scopely did not fix it properly. As a result of this, I was locked out of my account for over 5 weeks. During this time, multiple perks as a characters were given out just by players being able to play. When my game was fixed, I fell way behind with my account due to the inactivity and scopely was not willing to provide any fair compensation at all. When I informed them that I have been playing for years and was going to quit the game unless I was treated fairly, they didn’t seem to care at all. The customer support is absolutely terrible and they are never willing to help. Please don’t wast your time or money on this game.
