How much does Wall Pilates cost?
Wall Pilates has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is USD 26.13.
This company will bait you through pop ups that apparently act as binding contracts to purchase more challenges, without telling you or sending a billing confirmation after. Their business model is to lure you in with the trial discounts and tell you later that refunds are not possible if you click on those pop ups asking if you want to participate in a challenge. Trustpilot has all the reviews of this scam, I wish I saw more recent reviews and steered clear of this deceptive business.
Does not work
The app does not work. It does not advance to the next workout, you need to request this from the company. Do not waste your money.
Charging you without you agreeing
There is no way to control your own subscription from the website. I had to send three emails before they would give me a straight answer about the cost of the subscription, they kept jumping around and not giving me an answer. The website looks exactly like the app. I was looking for more information on the extra programs they offer and as soon as you click it they charge you without giving you prices or having you agree to anything. Then they won’t refund you. They said “As you explicitly authorized the purchase of the additional program, we are bound by the terms and conditions that were presented to you before your purchase.” Except I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY PURCHASE!! Do not waste your money.
BEWARE!!
This app is a total scam!!! My card was charged for the subscription but I couldn’t access anything in the app. ContactedCS and m they said because i logged in, that was considered using the app and no refunds. After several emails and then ghosted for 2 days, they sent it “to a supervisor”. I am also getting emails saying that my cart was reserved and I had so much time to check out. Well they already charged me so I didn’t click on any links. I will be reporting to law enforcement, BBB and PayPal.
Extra charges
App doesn’t work properly! Can sign in, but videos won’t load. You get charged for supplementary items from pop-ups, even if you haven’t hit the button to accept them.
Very Sketchy app
The app has a lot of bugs in it. Didn’t work most of the time. Asked technical support to help— would take them 48hrs. Finally one of the times they asked me to log in and out and the entire app wouldn’t load. I contacted them and it took them over a week to “fix” (had to log in through a url they sent me and not via the app). Since I was paying for the service I had asked to not pay that entire week I didn’t have access to the workouts but they never answered (tried asking 4 times). Not to mention it threw off my daily workout routine. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a reliable app with good customer service (there are plenty others out there!)
Be warn- scam app
Be warn- this app is a scam. I was not able to sign in to my own account and open any exercises beyond the first two. Been back and forth with the support for a week and a half- no solution in sight. Cancelling my subscription, but was declined on my refund request of what was already payed due to some ‘consumed media’ clause.
The best Wall Pilates app out there
Trust me, I’ve tried a few Wall Pilates apps and this one is by far the best! It has real instructors rather than some 3D generated images and workouts are easy to understand, yet challenging enough!

This website is a scam!!!! In addition to a $29.99 subscription that I did agree to pay for, I was charged for additional services for a total of $34.99 that I did not agree paying for. They charged me based on me clicking on „Yes, I want to have better ABS”, but nowhere it said it was an additional subscription, what the price was, and that I agree to have my card charged again.
