Wall Pilates: Fit Weight Loss

The app itself is nice to use and clear. My concern was that after signing up to the £29.99 for three months offer, I later discovered I had also been charged for an extra `butt and thigh toning‘ bundle - £34.99 - and a keto online cookbook - £24.99 - which had both been added to my account. I spotted the charges on my bank statement and called my bank to query them, but they said there was nothing they could do to get the payments back. At no point during the sign-up process was I told that I was being billed these amounts for these extra items - I would never have agreed to them. There was no pop-up that said `ypu are about to be charged xxx.‘ And I still have not received confirmation of these payments in the form of receipts. I immediately emailed custom service, who to be fair were quick to respond, but was told repeatedly that my account shows that I approved the extra items and payments. This is simply not true. I have never spent £80 on a fitness app. If I’m being kind, I think the Wall Pilates app/online registration and bundling process, is unclear and misleading. At worst, I’d say I feel defrauded, and have no means of contesting what has happened. I asked them to cancel my subscription and thankfully they did immediately, with `apologies for inconvenience.‘ there seem to be lots of wall Pilates apps out there - I would be very careful about using this one, as some other reviewers seem also to have had similar experiences.

Be very careful if you download. I had an extra £24.99 and £34.99 taken because I apparently clicked yes to an ebook and an abs and bum challenge ( this was definitely not made clear) tried to get a refund but no luck so ended up costing me a lot more than I was happy to pay. I really wouldn’t recommend

BIGGEST SCAM GOING!! TOOK £64.98 after I signed up for a £6.99 trial!! Refusing a refund.. DO NOT USE!!!

I wouldn’t use app is not clear and they add subscriptions without you knowing charged me an extra £39.99 on top of £29.99 sign up fee and didn’t clearly state you agreed to it when asked for a refund I was denied told I had agreed no Face ID or double click to confirm

Do not use this company, they trick you into multiple payments. I’ve sought a refund which they are not honouring.

This company will bait you through pop ups that apparently act as binding contracts to purchase more challenges, without telling you or sending a billing confirmation after. Their business model is to lure you in with the trial discounts and tell you later that refunds are not possible if you click on those pop ups asking if you want to participate in a challenge. Trustpilot has all the reviews of this scam, I wish I saw more recent reviews and steered clear of this deceptive business.

The app does not work. It does not advance to the next workout, you need to request this from the company. Do not waste your money.

There is no way to control your own subscription from the website. I had to send three emails before they would give me a straight answer about the cost of the subscription, they kept jumping around and not giving me an answer. The website looks exactly like the app. I was looking for more information on the extra programs they offer and as soon as you click it they charge you without giving you prices or having you agree to anything. Then they won’t refund you. They said “As you explicitly authorized the purchase of the additional program, we are bound by the terms and conditions that were presented to you before your purchase.” Except I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY PURCHASE!! Do not waste your money.

This app is a total scam!!! My card was charged for the subscription but I couldn’t access anything in the app. ContactedCS and m they said because i logged in, that was considered using the app and no refunds. After several emails and then ghosted for 2 days, they sent it “to a supervisor”. I am also getting emails saying that my cart was reserved and I had so much time to check out. Well they already charged me so I didn’t click on any links. I will be reporting to law enforcement, BBB and PayPal.

App doesn’t work properly! Can sign in, but videos won’t load. You get charged for supplementary items from pop-ups, even if you haven’t hit the button to accept them.
