I have had this unit for a year and a few months. It has been flawless. I would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a level two charger. I just wanted to know this.

The breaker turning off and I have reduced the power to 24 and still turning off. I don't know what to do. I need help.

Malheureusement inutilisable

J’ai acheté cette borne de recharge pour deux raisons. La première, c’est une borne intelligente. On peut verrouiller/déverrouiller la borne à partir de notre cellulaire. Mais, si je suis trop loin ça ne fonctionne pas, avec mon cellulaire. J’imagine que je dois me connecter sur le portail. Je n’ai pas accès à un ordinateur à mon lieu de travail. Déception. La deuxième, je peux voir le journal de mes recharges avec le montant que ça me coûte. Mais, je ne sais pas pourquoi, il arrive très souvent que la borne est non connecté et que la connexion a échoué. Je dois à chaque fois aller dans le panneau électrique pour faire un « reset » en fermant et en rallumant le disjoncteur. Ce qui fait qu’il manque les recharges dans le journal. Au fil du temps, oui ça fait deux ans que j’ai cette borne, je ne me donne plus la peine d’aller faire un reset à partit du panneau électrique. Point positif, le câble est quand même flexible à très basse température (j’habite près de Montréal au Québec). Conclusion, je ne recommande pas votre borne à mon entourage. Merci de m’avoir lu. App and charger have worked well since my install 2 weeks ago. Updated the firmware when the charger first connected to my wifi, all very seamless. I had read that the Wallbox had poor wifi performance but it has been rock solid even though reception in my detached garage is poor. Very happy so far.

App cannot, be used. Creating an account for the first time forces to accept terms and condition, 2 of which are marked optional but the app does not let you log in.

Some problems connecting. The app is too basic seriously.. Lack of features. Kind of disappointing

The charger is well designed, compact, and works great. Cable and plug have a great feel and connect securely. Unfortunately, they are way off on the power consumption. My PHEV takes 16 kWh for a full charge, but this thing reports it as 12kWh every time.
