Does not work

Pretty much every time I try to use the app, it does not work. None of the buttons work. I cannot book or retrieve any of my reservations. The app is useless. Please put some effort to make it functional or remove from the App Store.

Not working

I’ve downloaded the app a few times thinking this time it will work and it doesn’t it’s stuck in the first page won’t let me reserve it doesn’t even change screen

App Doesn’t Work

After I log in the app comes to a light blue “make a reservation” screen and then freezes. #UselessApp

App does not work

Slow. The wheel keeps spinning. Errors. Time out. At the end it’s just easier to reserve on the webpage.

App not functioning

Will not allow me to click any of the options except for viewing the details of an upcoming reservation.

App Integration with Location is almost perfect

I really like that the app works well with the jax location. The only thing I don’t like is sometimes it doesn’t scan well during check in or check out.

Can’t make a reservation or use for entry/exit

I use Wally Park almost weekly. Every time I go to make my next reservation, I try through the app, get 90% there, hit the confirm booking button and then get a spinning wheel for minutes on end until I have to kill the app and book through my phone browser. When trying to use the app on a current reservation, it’s difficult to get to and doesn’t display the QR code needed for getting in and out of the parking lot/garage. I have to locate my confirmation email for that functionality. There’s no point to the app at that point, as long as you save the number for calling your shuttle when arriving at the airport. It needs some work! Not necessarily only the app, but each reservation adds my 1 car another time. I now have multiples of the same vehicle to choose from and the list will continue to grow with each stay.

App won’t do anything

I can log in but after that no matter what I tap nothing opens. It’s frozen.

Easy access to make reservations

I quite often use this app to make reservations to park my vehicle. It works well and I normally process quickly. Sometimes I have an issue pulling up current reservations and have to navigate around the app to find it. Otherwise it works well and I enjoy the convenience.

Rating the App

I have had issues with the app. It doesn't show my current reservations but shows it in history. I had problems placing a reservation before but it seems to have been fixed. I have removed and redownloaded 2-3 times to fix it but it didn't fix it about a year ago. Caveat: i did t try to reas the instructions on the app, so it could be me… just sayin’ as i am not a five star user either, lol. Called the number and was able to get reservations done very quickly though. I have an iPhone X.
