Request for compensation due to bug in PvE event
Hello, I would like to report a serious issue in the current PvE event (spider mode). I was about to finish the match – there were still more than 2 minutes remaining and only a few enemies left. However, the game suddenly ended the round, even though I was still alive and actively playing. This was not caused by a mistake on my part – the game simply ended the session, and all my progress was lost. What frustrated me the most was that I only needed to eliminate three more spiders – literally just three kills away from winning the event. I have invested over €1000 into this game, and I expect fair treatment. This kind of system behavior is unacceptable. When I invest both time and money, I should be able to complete the event without bugs like this. I am requesting compensation or a clear explanation for why the round ended while I was still active and capable of completing it. If this is a known issue, I expect it to be fixed and that I will be compensated accordingly. I hope you take this issue seriously. Best regards,
