No recibo recompensas…

Desde hace días me pasa que veo todos los vídeos, pero en la ultima recompensa nunca me la da, me deja ver otra vez el vídeo, pero no me da la recompensa y a veces se queda congelada la pantalla. Tengo un IPad 7 con el último software.
