There is a bug, and Blizzard don't want to fix it, it has been there for a long time, No support only a forum.
Not enough content
It’s a nice game, but there’s simply not enough to do in-game. You log in once a day - play a few matches, get daily reward, then there’s nothing to do. Also no explanation for lvl scaling or how much gold the pve opponent has - it just spams minis endlessly
Games good but
It’s literally unplayable! If you’re not stuck at loading screen, then there’s trouble connecting to server if u want to claim rewards and other stuff.. Also often has major delays after clicking things. Kinda embarrassing for blizzard to just hype it in the 30th anniversary direct, when the state of the game is this broken. Gg

Been playing The game since release however last few months The game runs worse and worse for every patch fix they do The 2 new bugs apear. Being a blizzard game this is terrible app coding and probably The worst ive experienced. Its addictive to play
