Power creep, and dark angels have ruined this game

DFSmith804 on

Just like my title says, every new champion is more broken than the last one and dark angels have completely ruined the experience of any balance in the game. Was playing pretty regularly for several months, deleted it this morning because of a constant stream of disappointing, power balance changes

Fun but…

The game is great but every new faction is always busted OP.

This is…it’s just soo bad I keep giving it chances and chances! Practice mode you can’t even win, you do the best possible moves with what you have and still can’t get anywhere, not enough energy to do anything and you use what you have and have no energy for the good cards at the end. It just came out so hopefully we get better fixes soon, until then UNINSTALL

Bugged and expensive

The game tutorial doesn't prepare you to play, cards have bad explanation or none at all, kost of the lobby chat is just russians I do not know if there actual people or scripts. Game really tries to make you spend money before you even play your first match. Stay away from whatever this is

Garbage cash grab

I enjoyed this game for a few months and consistently reached platinum, but then I noticed a trend. They release a new faction or reinforcement pack, at which point the game is completely broken. The new units or faction is always extremely overpowered, to the point of absurdity. Maybe it’s a mistake? Maybe….except they are and have always been severely overpowered on release. Never underpowered. Simple probabilities would dictate that maybe they would release an underpowered pack…but no. Oddly enough, these unbalanced products are always readily available to purchase for a limited time! Then, when the, “balance patch” comes out (it always does), those special deals in the store are gone? Hmmmm. Even if I’m wrong, and it’s just shear incompetence, that still doesn’t bode well for the future of this game. Of course, draft mode is far more fair…but you have to pay for that! They profit off FOMO, just like GW does with their book and miniature releases.

Not fun

Aesthetically it’s good, but gameplay isn’t very fun. The strategies of the different factions don’t have enough to make them feel engaging and unique. The game doesn’t give you much control over deck building. It’s hard to get cards to replace the basic cards and there doesn’t feel like a huge benefit to modifying the basic decks let alone creating custom decks. The strategy just isn’t diverse or deep.
