I love it keep it up

I can’t log in or create an account. When I enter my email and password to log in it says my account doesn’t exist and directs me to create an account. When I go to create an account it says the user already exists and directs me to login. The app literally bounces me back and forth between the two. When I click that I forgot my password, it says that my email address isn’t registered or whatever wording is used. When I try to contact customer support through the app, it says I must be logged in in order to message them. There is no way for me to access this app anymore.

I have loved Warm 106.9 for years. Lately it has become frustrating to listen to on my phone app as it just stops playing, the app indicates it is buffering but never starts up again. I did send an email and did receive a reply, which was to delete the app and reinstall. I am deleting and reinstalling again in hopes it will get better, but I have to say, free Spotify has fewer commercials and even fewer buffering issues. Don’t make me switch full time, I do like this station!

Up until yesterday, the app worked fine on both my iPhone and iPad. Now I can’t get it to work at all on either device and if I keep the app installed omg the phone I can’t even livestream from the website. I did send an email to the station and gave yet to receive a response.

How/can do you pick the music you want to listen to??????? Plz help!!!!!!

Nice variety of music that's all good

Every time I went into the app it kicked me out even with everything on for it in settings, it basically won't work for me at all I am using an iPhone 6+ and am at the most recent version.

I like the music but it keeps cutting out when I'm exercising, very annoying...
