Love this appt but getting errors this morning
I grew up in WA and moved to Wyoming recently, so I use the app to listen to Christmas music throughout the year. This morning, however, it seems like the app and website are not working. I’ve done the basic troubleshooting and the music won’t play. It just sits on my work computer and doesn’t play. On the app on my phone it started giving an error: “unable to connect to audio” which is odd. Please fix ! Thank you 🙏🏼

Access impossible
I can’t log in or create an account. When I enter my email and password to log in it says my account doesn’t exist and directs me to create an account. When I go to create an account it says the user already exists and directs me to login. The app literally bounces me back and forth between the two. When I click that I forgot my password, it says that my email address isn’t registered or whatever wording is used. When I try to contact customer support through the app, it says I must be logged in in order to message them. There is no way for me to access this app anymore.

Declining service
I have loved Warm 106.9 for years. Lately it has become frustrating to listen to on my phone app as it just stops playing, the app indicates it is buffering but never starts up again. I did send an email and did receive a reply, which was to delete the app and reinstall. I am deleting and reinstalling again in hopes it will get better, but I have to say, free Spotify has fewer commercials and even fewer buffering issues. Don’t make me switch full time, I do like this station!
What happened?
Up until yesterday, the app worked fine on both my iPhone and iPad. Now I can’t get it to work at all on either device and if I keep the app installed omg the phone I can’t even livestream from the website. I did send an email to the station and gave yet to receive a response.
