Bad service
I downloaded the app to experience a professional way pf doing the laundry, instead i dealt a very bad service were the driver was late both times and my clothes was not ironed in the way they said, it was really bad.

HOW IT WORKS
When you place your first order on our app, our driver will bring you our color-coded bags, so all you need to do is fill those bags according to the service you need:
• The green bag is for our *Clean & Press* service: This is for all items that require special care and pressing that include suits, dresses, shirts, blouses, pants, jackets and more. Pricing is per item.
• For our pressing service, use the white *Press Only* sticker on any of the bags and we'll know you just need them pressed. Pricing is per item.
• The blue bag is for our *Wash & Fold* service: It's perfect for items suitable for 40°C wash that don’t need pressing like sportswear, homewear, underwear & more. Fill up the bag to the neck for a fixed price of AED 65 per bag!
• The pink bag is for our *HomeCare* service: This is for all your home linens that include towels, beddings, pillows, duvets, blankets, etc. Fill up the bag with up to 15 items for a fixed price of AED 75 per bag!
For future orders, we will give you some extra bags, so you can fill and leave outside of your door for pickup.
On the app, you can add special instructions on how you want us to package, fold, hang, crease or starch your items. You can also report stains or write notes for delicate/expensive items. We’ll make sure your items are well-taken care of and your instructions are followed.

Very bad prices
For 2 suits and 1 trousers I paid AED 200 That is unbelievable, the highest prices in the entire UAE and nothing super special about the laundry or the service
Damaged my shoes
I booked a shoe cleaning for 2 of my shoes. When I got them back one of them got damaged on the leather from their wash and I was asked to pay extra to fix that. Will never use them again
Not recommend!!!
Just be careful they might take your laundry for 2 days and send them back to you unwashed stating that your laundry have some items abit expensive and need special treatment. Had to follow up with them for 2 days to get my unwashed clothes back yet receive them at midnight after 2 days back and forth with the customer service. Thanks to BeJe from the customer service team, the only one took my concern serious and followed up to get my cloths back ((unwashed)) after 2 days.
My clothes smell horrible
So disappointed. This was my favorite laundry service for 3 or 4 years. Now they just use the cheapest products and my clothes stink. Such a shame, never using them again.

Useful App - Good Service
Solid service overall and easy app to use. Only issue is the amount of plastic bags that get dropped off with every delivery!! It’s such a waste. There should be an option on the app to request no extra bags at drop off. I do think there should be come consideration for the environment.

Love the app! So professional and easy to use! My go to for all my laundry and cleaning needs
Avoid
Used once never again. check the bill. Gave 1 suit and 1 jacket, charged for 2 full suits and one pants. Customer support doesn't listen or do anything.
Disappointed and overpriced
I have used their services for a long time, literally since the day they started. But recently their charges are very unfair, extremely over priced. I got charged AED 75 for dry cleaning one garment. In all honesty, I’m going to start using local dry cleaners here on. The more a service gets commercialised the more they scam you.
