HOW IT WORKS
When you place your first order on our app, our driver will bring you our color-coded bags, so all you need to do is fill those bags according to the service you need:
• The green bag is for our *Clean & Press* service: This is for all items that require special care and pressing that include suits, dresses, shirts, blouses, pants, jackets and more. Pricing is per item.
• For our pressing service, use the white *Press Only* sticker on any of the bags and we'll know you just need them pressed. Pricing is per item.
• The blue bag is for our *Wash & Fold* service: It's perfect for items suitable for 40°C wash that don’t need pressing like sportswear, homewear, underwear & more. Fill up the bag to the neck for a fixed price of AED 65 per bag!
• The pink bag is for our *HomeCare* service: This is for all your home linens that include towels, beddings, pillows, duvets, blankets, etc. Fill up the bag with up to 15 items for a fixed price of AED 75 per bag!
For future orders, we will give you some extra bags, so you can fill and leave outside of your door for pickup.
On the app, you can add special instructions on how you want us to package, fold, hang, crease or starch your items. You can also report stains or write notes for delicate/expensive items. We’ll make sure your items are well-taken care of and your instructions are followed.

They lost my crossing
I know you’ll find a good reviews on this app and everyone would say good things about this app but I’m serious imagine you are one of the few that they gonna lose your clothing. They messed up and they lose one kendora/thob this item is very expensive and the problem that there was telling me that I did not submit it at all and we review our camera CCTV and I’m sure that I already submitted after six hours from arguing with me they confirm that they receive it and they lose it. It’s very expensive item and now I’m waiting like for three hours. Nobody’s replying back this issue happened to you one precious expensive item believe me, you don’t wanna deal with them.
Quality has suffered. Prices keep going up
Was a decent service to begin with. But quality has gone down a bit and the prices have gone up ridiculously. It’s absurd the prices they charge now. Stopped using them due to this. Value for money is very poor now.
They LOST My Laundry Bag
And claimed they never had it . Be very careful about which items you trust them with. That’s AED 3000 of fine -tailored clothes I won’t see again.
Exceptional customer service
I used their service when vacationing in Dubai. Had placed a next day order for laundry as I was flying out of Dubai. We had 2 pieces of clothing which were not delivered to us and we didn’t notice because we were trying to pack our stuff.
The team promptly let us know about the missing clothing and even went to the extent of returning them outside of Dubai through courier.
A splendid example of customer service which is rare to see and prompt communication through every step. Special thanks to Gian for keeping us informed about the status. Would highly recommend their service.

Quality of washing is not good at all
New App is Full of Bugs
Sad downfall for a formerly great service provider. In its obsessive thirst to add new “stuff” and “gimmicks” - service quality has dropped (ie support automation) and unstable, beta versions are being pushed out. It used to be a timesaver - never again. Good luck navigating this minefield of an app.

Horrible experience
All my t shirts cam back two sizes smaller, and they lost a pair of shorts. Called their number was on hold for almost 30mins with no answer. They msg me on instagram after i left a bad comment on their post asking for my number, and i never got a call back. Deleting the app.
Washmen is AMAZING
Such a simple process. Load bag, place order, wait for order to be returned, place clothes back in drawer. Keep up the great work!!!
Decent customer service, poor laundry service
Their customer service is responsive and overall good, but their laundry service is bad (thus the reason for speaking with customer service so regularly). Almost every time I have an order returned something comes back not clean, damaged, or completely ruined. This includes a cashmere scarf that was ruined, a silk top that came home with a stain it did not have previously (therefore ruined when I could not get it out), and most recently a silk top that came back streaked with detergent residue and therefore not clean. When they have ruined items, they only reimburse the cost of the cleaning multiplied by (I think) 8 - which is usually nowhere near the cost of the item.
