The app doesnt work and unable to book inquires. One would think when trying to rent highly priced real estate from a leading developer it would not be an awful experience.

Looking around Dubai for houses to rent isn’t easy, specially right now. So when you finally find a place you like, you’re told to use this “APP” instead of being able to just drop off documents and be done within 5-10 minutes. You have to register an account, register your phone number, add all documents online and then fill all details manually too. If you have any questions? No one is there to assist you when the APP gives you errors, (at least in my case because call center said it’s weekend and no one is working in the office) like I got “Lease payment NUL” error and no one could assist me and I was told I have to wait 2 days to get a call back, during which someone could go through the APP and book the flat that I wanted. Now it’s the weekend and the APP is still buggy even though I managed to book and I’m not sure what will happen to my Resrvation as there is a countdown that states it’ll end in 10 hours even though they already charged 12,000 Dhs from my card. What does this countdown mean? Who knows, I’ll only know in 1-2 days. Is this APP for the convince of the customer or the company? It clearly can’t be both with how it is running right now. There needs to be someone that can help 24/7 if you want to run an APP like this.

It’s just a place holder app. Ask’s you to download another enhanced version of app.

Application needs to redesigned to carter user needs …. things are not properly arranged

Many apartments are available in Al Wasl buildings and not updated in the app. It’s lousy. No point in downloading this useless app. If you don’t want your app to be updated with latest information then why do you have it??? It’s useless.

Worst app and company ever, we tried a lot to book 1bhk and we call a lot telling them the app is not working and we need the apartment! They took all of our information but suddenly they told us the property has been rented to someone else! Onilne!! 😂😂😂 really stupid app

I tried to book a room through app for 4 hours it didn’t work and actually when the room start available other agent is booking and they are asking extra commission to get room . This is very bad for the people who trying to book from the app

Very slow and most of the links don’t even work.

This is the worst app and customer service from wasl leasing team.

We paid the reservation fee which all their customer service team + Online information mentions is refundable after 24 hours. It’s been 1 week with no refund. There is no response from the customer service team. Every response is “Someone will call you back”. Do not pay them a dime. Extremely terrible customer experience. This App and the team behind it are a great example of how a digital economy should NOT look like.
