I receive update notification and trying to update for 3/4 days, every time its shows preparing

Watch connectivity issue
After installation of watch update when i do go verifing mode system display plz conect internet. Even my mobile already connected
Worst update 10.1
Apple watch series 6 One of the worst update 10.1 all the apps and settings has modified but not working like the previous version. Faces cannot be added by phone, workouts not detected automatically by the watch etc.. Needs an update further to import app performance like the previous version.

Unable to install the app
First i was unable to pair my apple watch series 4, even with IOS 16.1.2 then I uninstall the app and now I’m unable to install it back.
