12$/month and they don’t even have an English subtitle!!
Scammers! Watch out!
I had a one year subscription and after it was over I found that my credit card got charged 110 Canadian dollars for another year subscription. I contacted their customer support for a cancellation and a refund and they said they’ll get back to me. I didn’t hear back from them. They cancelled the subscription but they didn’t issue a refund!!! I sent them multiple emails and they have been completely ignoring me. It’s been over a week now so I’ll be contacting my credit card company about the scam and the unauthorized payment and I’ll see how I can take this further. Don’t use your credit card on that platform; they’ll use it without your consent, you’ll get scammed and their customer service is horrible.
Error
I subscribed for one month and this is the second time there is an error and can’t watch the series. My user is blocked
The app need a lot of improvements
First of all you need to add a feature to close the application in TV, button exit the application you can't manage navigation in the videos if you want to advance an episode a few minutes using remote control, you go back to the beginning of the episode. There are a lot of errors loading episodes, you have to restart the TV several times for it to work again.
Too many ads
I just downloaded this app and so far so good, except for the ads. Please add a paid feature to stop ads, I’m willing to pay. Too many ads decrease the enjoyment of the shows😞 Thank you
