I’ve tried to make this fraudulent app work on 3 different devices, unsuccessfully. I live in Timor Leste, so this app should work here. The app allows me to watch old games but if I try to watch a live game it just says “content asset not available”. I want my subscription fee back. Surely the app developers can see the amount of 1 star reviews this app is getting and then FIX THE APP!!!!!

I was initially thrilled to find this service whilst travelling in the US as it allowed me to watch the roosters and storm in the prelim final. Like others I did find the platform crashed several times during the game but I was just happy to be able to watch it. What I hadn’t realised is that they keep charging you $28 a week (auto renewal). On realising this I reached out to their customer service to ask if they would refund the additional weeks - after all you can’t even watch it in Australia and they would be able to see I used it once. However they keep insisting there’s nothing they can do - which is clearly incorrect, they could refund the money but they decide not to. I see a lot of our other negative comments and if you treat people like this your never going to be around for the long term.

The app or website will not tell you if they are going to geoblock you while on the website or app before subscribing. Everything will work right up until the moment you attempt to start a stream after you have already paid. Only then will they tell you you’re geoblocked. Support will then be unresponsive. Utterly shockingly terrible user experience. No chance of my money in the future. VPN.

This app is very poor, especially when you consider the huge company behind it and the price that consumers pay for it. I don’t know why, when you want to watch a replay you have to go through so much other stuff first, like The Footy Show. On multiple occassions the final score gets shown before you get to the match. It’s simply not good enough. But I suppose for overseas customers there is no alternative so why bother investing? They get their money anyway.

Why is there no option that allows me to stream the game from my phone to the TV??? Seems a little backwards considering most, if not all, streaming services offer that now and have for a while. For the high yearly cost (and only being able to use it for 7 months of the year) it seems a bit ridiculous that I am only able to watch games on my phone. Needs to be updated immediately!

How do I turn off the subtitles - updated for the 24 season and cannot turn off. Very annoying

Glad I can keep up with my team when travelling overseas for work. The refreshed look is fantastic

App will think your in Australia if your roaming on an Australian SIM card and not let you view content. So you have to use a VPN or wifi to stream.. 👎👎👎

It was a once great service but is now become unwatchable. Can’t get consistent steaming performance on any of the available platforms and have logged tickets with customer service that have provided no answers and they don’t seem to be in any hurry to fix. It’s an expensive app and is no longer worth it.

Watch Each Penrith Game / Origin and of course the Grand Final. Heading back to London again and will re subscibe.
