It was a once great service but is now become unwatchable. Can’t get consistent steaming performance on any of the available platforms and have logged tickets with customer service that have provided no answers and they don’t seem to be in any hurry to fix. It’s an expensive app and is no longer worth it.

Watch Each Penrith Game / Origin and of course the Grand Final. Heading back to London again and will re subscibe.

Practically useless, don’t waste your money or your frustration on this piece of c rap app. They can all get bent honestly. Basically take ya money for nothing. Wenkas

I paid $20 usd for a weekly subscription but I can’t get any games to stream. I constantly get a media playback error.

The app looks savvy but travelling from Australia using Optus sim it thinks I’m still in Australia and won’t stream using 4G in Greece. Error says “content not available in Australia” or similar. It does work well using wifi from a hotel. This bug needs to be fixed.

When subscribing for the weekly subscription I was led to believe it was a ‘weekly subscription’ meaning that I would only be able to use it for the week, which is all I wanted it for. It wasn’t made clear when I signed up that it would auto renew if subscription wasn’t cancelled. Upon requesting a refund they were not able to help

Used this app three years ago and it was only just. Very inconsistant. Renewed my subscription yesterday after Covid and whatever only to find it won’t cast unless I purchase a chrome cast or Apple TV? What the f——. Didn’t mention that anywhere before the subscription, otherwise would not have bothered. Price has more than doubled and now can only watch on my iPad. The sooner this mob go broke the better. Embarrassing for any proud Aussie.

App works most of the time I n iPhone but won’t launch on Apple TV or iPad . Pretty useless considering what the cost is . Keeps crashing on iPhone
