After purchased the lifetime subscription the application never either connect or open. I reach out to the help support no response and didn't plan to do any. I requested a refund at Apple support but declined. Email to your customer service but didnt give any action. I dont want to give any srar but this complaints wouldn't be pos try if not giving a star giving 1
