This app is not work onn wifi

My Apple Watch is cellular that means it can connect to the Internet and perform voice call other things without iPhone being connected but in this application when my iPhone is not in range, it shows error please check your iPhone, that means I cannot use it without having my iPhone handy. I wanna initiate the refund

I paid for lifetime. I am not getting notifications and when I open the app always showing internet rounding and getting messages.

Instead of giving trial it asked for payment directly

Please do not download this app till the developer of this app update the app. I have sent more than four emails to the developer with the screenshot of my ultra to watch I have paid for the lifetime subscription. The developer is still not able to resolve the issue so I request until the update comes stop downloading the app.
