QUICK START GUIDE:
Upon launching the app, the welcome screen will offer Troubleshooting of a Smart System or Manual Support. Choose Smart System to enable remote connectivity by Waterous Customer Service personnel. Choose Manual Support to submit a question directly to Customer Service.
MENU OPTIONS:
Selecting the menu icon in the upper left corner of the welcome screen provides quick access to the Waterous Website, My Waterous Portal, product FAQs, Customer Support contacts, and device support
history.
