Refuses to let me sign up/sign in - states there is an IP address issue, so I turn off wifi and it still rejects me. Set a static IP address - still rejects me. Contact Wawa support and they tell me to do everything I’ve already done. Still rejects me.

Every time I try to access the app on LTE it fails with IP address banned. I can connect on my wifi at home but when I arrive at the app disables and I can no longer see my order. It seems to use the store location to logout and look for store wifi ( which is no longer available). A very frustrating experience for online ordering.. There are many similar reviews and complaints online. Wawa was hacked last year and seems to have enacted additional security measures that make the app useless.

This app won’t let me sign up/register. I delete the app and try reinstalling ... and guess what...still no luck. ☹️

Can't connect.

I ordered a coffee to this app and it took more than two hours to get the order don’t used this app

I have been trying for quite a while now. I can not create an account. Always gives error message. Tried it several different ways. Through Facebook, nope. Through google, nope. The regular way, nope again. Any idea why? Thanks.

So you put in a Wawa near my house and I downloaded the app. It worked for 2 seconds. An update released and now the app just crashes. Love Wawa would love to use the app

Notifications were disabled, yet still received notification cards upon close proximity to Wawa stores in effort to upsell. Don’t appreciate this and have since deleted the app for non conformance as I don’t appreciate unwarranted notifications, especially when I proactively disabled them for the app within settings.

This app conveniently crashes when its time to redeem fuel points, food points, it steals your points, it does not give you anything.

Absolutely absurd this app can't remember my password. Trying to save money on gas and now I can't because this stupid app is literally the only app on my entire phone out of many besides my bank account that requires you to remember your login info.
