Non-functional and non-user friendly at all!!!! A waste of storage space. Dont even need to download this app for your policy because the details are either hard-to-find or not on there. The icons doesn’t make any sense. Tried to link my policy and keyed in my IC number but it shows that my IC number doesnt match any of their records. Why is that even a policy holder’s problem?? And that statement just came out WITHOUT any other lead or help provided. All it says is just "double check again"??!

Apps to sign but dont hve country code malaysia. This apps for prudential malaysia or oversea. Click email for help but no function. Useless apps develper

althought pulse can check the payment history for each of our policies, If you previously paid via methods other than pulse, for some weird reason, it does not properly calculate for your payment and stacks up your overdue payment for the policy, im not paying unnecessary charges so i am not using this app for payment until they fix this issue

Currently im position in malaysia, and my store region is set as such, but my policy is indonesia one, the app doesnt allow to change country and strictly set it to malaysia region as default. Change store region would require me to cancel all apple subs lol. Unusable. Disappointed.

Everytime I logged in the app, that many times i had to link my policy num and whenever i wanted to click something I'll have to wait for sometime for it to show me retry another time.

Nice update, can view all the benefit, and now also can make payment, no need to pay by website anymore. Good 👍
