can’t connect
after the new updates to the app, my watch just reset, like factory reset and it won’t connect to any of my phones. my watch is useless and I’m unable to use it, please fix your app

The watch loses connection when it closes the application
When the app is open on my phone the watch is connected. The moment he closes it, he loses contact with the phone. How can I fix this? Ask for assistance!
Not connected to watch if app is not open in background
My watch is not connecting to phone unless the wear os app isn't open in the background. Background refresh is enabled and there are no other restrictions in the app settings. It's really annoying always to leave the app running.
