Mediocre

The app has limited functionality. Only a few watch faces are available and not much can be arranged to your preferences. The layout is standard for each face with no adjustments allowed. They link to a facer app where you have to pay for watch faces if you want to use it for an extended period of time. The app developed has missed so many opportunities to make this worthwhile. Its basic.

Worse APP

Why can TAG not get an APP that work after all the money you pay?! Work initially and then your full investment wasted never again TAG!

Fossil Q venture

It says my phone is compatible with the watch. But does not want to connect?

Breaks whenever watch updates or dies

Always have to spend an hour trying to get the watch to re-pair with my phone after the connection breaks. Can’t ever let my watch die so I don’t have to, but it breaks anyway after my watch updates (Fossil smart watch gen 5).

Sync issues galore

Got a new iPhone 11 and it simply doesn’t want to connect to my smart watch using this app , it’s crazy it’s suppose to work

Hugely disappointing

Not impressed. Never had such difficulty connecting and using a watch. I would rather focus on getting the basics right SUUNTO. I used to be a huge fan but this is a huge let down. At least provide an option not to install this horrible App. All I want is a good sport watch....

Not connecting to polar decice

Connection to polar devices are poor at best, always struggling to get it to connect and transfer data...

App does not pick up device

The all does not find my Huawei gt on iPhone XS , but the watch can pair with Huawei app 👎

Can’t setup activity tracker on phone

The app give me the option to setup the activity tracker, bit once I click it, it tells me that I need to make sure that the app is up to date on the watch (which it is) to continue.
