No Galaxy Buds 2 Pro Option
I recently acquired the Galaxy Buds Pro 2 and the app has no option for this Hearable which is utterly disappointing since I prefer the Buds but I’m not able to fully utilise them.

Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
* The Samsung Galaxy Buds application connects Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live to your iPhone.
* Use the Samsung Galaxy Buds application to set up and manage the following features.
- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Earbuds & Charging Case battery status

Stupid app
I can see there was no effort put into creating this app because it is so crap. The app nearly works and the UI is terrible.
Doesn’t work with all Samsung buds

Software Not Updating on IPhone
Keep getting an error when trying to update my Galaxy Buds Live on the app (using IPhone 14). Error: Couldn’t update software There was a problem connecting to the server I am connected via WiFi Both Earbuds are fully charged The case is fully charged I’m in range I’ve re installed the app I have reset the buds Nothing works. Going on month 4 no luck

App is useless. You scan but it doesn't even find my Galaxy Buds.

Nothing for Galaxy buds, buds 2, buds 2 pro? Huh?
No option for Galaxy buds2- IOS
As I was reading the instructions for the buds, it asked that we should download the "Galaxy Wearable" app. As I opened the app it didn't have an option for The Galaxy Buds2 which is really disappointing due to the touch controls being the most important feature on the buds. Please improve your app fast... mostly for IOS
Lots of bugs
The user interface is easy to use and looks appealing. My issue however is the buggy behaviour you experience when in use; sometimes the buds just disconnect repeatedly out of no where while listening to anything. In addition, the buds seem to ignore the block touches feature whenever I turn it on. It’s really ruining my user experience.
