Please don’t buy

The device looks sleek and worked for a day before it disconnected from my phone. I factory reset and it connected. A few days later the same thing happened except this time it’s wouldn’t sync despite the reset. Then it wouldn’t recharge despite recharging successfully two times. It’s now in the bin, two weeks after receiving it.

Poor app

The cost of penny pinching: a product that could be good is destroyed by poor app… Some features don’t work (including feedback). Poor English as well. I can’t even set the time… :-(

Complete Rubbish. Spyware.

Cannot even set up the app without clickbait adverts and it requires location plus personal data and registration. The manual I found on the internet suggests it will also require access to contacts. Basically, it's spyware. Avoid at all costs.

Woeful

Pathetic. One of the worst apps i’ve come across. Cant log in , cant set up account as it wont email the code. I’ve given up. Total rubbish and sooo frustrating!!😡

Rubbish app

Glitchy app that loses its “binding” with the watch even though Bluetooth says it is connected. The only way to rebind is to tell Bluetooth to forget the connection and re-connect, but even this does not work all the time. Occasionally it will bind with the watch by itself, but also unbind itself again as well. The app records ridiculously low readings that means the history readings are useless. The app obviously has been like this for years and the developer has made no effort to debug. The watch is fine but let down badly by rubbish software.

Camera

Constantly need to delete app reinstall as connection to bracelet continually disconnects on iPhone and won’t connect until you do the above. Camera selection does nothing on iPhone. Just a camera diagram comes up on watch. Doesn’t do anything. Can’t see phone camera on it does not take a photo. What it is for? Cheap rubbish like I knew it would be.

Unhappy

Watch faces is boring. Very limited. Please ask your good IT to add more. Have a look at other apps and compare yours. Find ways to make your customers satisfied. Remove ads. Whenever I watch videos or Youtube from my phone, the sounds comes out in the watch. There is no selection to turn off otherwise disconnect it from the bluetooth

Useless

Useless app. Try and make it work properly please. Bluetooth is on but app keeps asking me to turn on Bluetooth. I can’t do much except open it and swear!m

Most frustrating

This is the most frustrating app and device I have ever had the challenge of trying to use. Simply CANNOT figure it out no matter how many times I have tried. It should not be this complicated to use a device such as this. Simply doesn’t sync for starters. Have deleted app/reinstalled/restarted device. SO FRUSTRATING and I’m ready to throw it in the bin

Good but could be better
