But why?

Beware

I tried to download this app and it asked for credit card information. Then it tried to charge $57 to my card

Doesn’t work well

This app doesn’t show my steps and my sleep time

Sucked big time, now not working at all!

I have a smart bracelet that records blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation level and body temperature. When setting up your app it gives the option of standard or metric measurements, INCLUDING body temperature, yet this app doesn’t record body temperature, which quite frankly is the most important measurement currently during Covid19 for everyone. I have hot flashes all day long and I’d really like to see if it’s simply that or am I actually running a fever. I also have an illness where as soon as I run a fever I need to be on an OR table within the hour or I could die. Really wish your app or any app on the market recorded body temperature. I even tried using your WearFit 2.0 app but it won’t connect with my bracelet AND even that app doesn’t record body temp. You really need to update your app to include the recording of people’s body temperature. This one minor modification could help save people’s lives during the pandemic and could possibly save the lives of those of us who have chronic illnesses even after this pandemic ends. I’ve tried contacting the developer of this app via the WearFit app multiple times but they have never graced me with 60 seconds of their time in the form of an email acknowledging my existence. It’s such a wonderful feeling knowing that your very life doesn’t warrant even 1 minute of this developers time so that’s why I’m now writing my suggestion here under this forum. Maybe if they see it here they might contact me.......but I won’t be holding my breath! ☹️🇨🇦 UPDATE: Now the damn app doesn’t work at all and won’t bind to my watch. HUUUUUUGE waste of time and no one ever responds to your inquiries! Had to get rid of my watch as without the app, the watch can’t even tell the time!

Version 3.4.1 buggy + ADS

Latest version has suddenly added pop up ads and the bottom of the main screen has something written in Chinese. Still has bugs to plot graphs on steps, it’s a 50:50 chance it does it or is simply blank. Seems the developer can’t figure this out since day 1.

Doesn’t work with my watch

I was using it and it was great!! A little primitive but it worked well and it shared with Apple Health well!!! Now it’s telling me that my watch is no longer compatible with the app!!! So now I have to delete it and try to find something else

Used to work

App worked passably when I first got it, then it was off and on, now it can’t even find the band, so now it’s just another piece of tech junk! Absolutely useless!

It does work..

You cant pair the watch if its on your wrist! You need to hold it in your hand aswell as the watch and bind. Two ways. Bluetooth connect. Or In app: bind and then phone will ask to pair from Bluetooth I wish though for 5 stars, is there was messages from text. Other than this watch is pointless.. the clock is semi useful.. I don’t know or have *wechat, whatsapp? Why would I text from somewhere else if I have data?! Including messaging from text please!!!!!!!
