For some reason, even when it is connected to the app, ever since it ran out of battery the time and date won’t sync. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

During the use of this service, there may be situations where monitoring is inaccurate or monitoring data is delayed for uncontrollable reasons within an unknown period of time. You agree that Weikefang shall not be liable for any claims arising from or related to the above inaccurate or delayed monitoring data;
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Microgram shall not be liable to you or any other person for any injury caused by:
1. Delays or failures of Weike maintenance system or software and hardware or network communication;
2. The user's body is abnormal or has a special constitution;
3. Other reasons beyond the reasonable control of micrograms.
4. Incorrect or unstable monitoring data due to hacker attacks or similar security impacts;

I have tried to contact the company however no English link, the app has suddenly stopped working and will not open I’ve rebooted and reinstalled no joy

Connected for the first week, but then when I needed to charge watch, my watch came back on but with wrong time/date and will not not link with the app
Crashing
Health goal/ goal accomplishment doesn’t work. Click on it and the app crashes and goes back to home screen so can’t see what the goal is to achieve! Fix that and the app will be 5 stars
