Weather on the Way

I’ve had this app for years and was very pleased until I tried to use it today and all the basic features I used to have are now “PRO” and you have to pay for. Really disappointed that something that used to just be basic like checking the different routes is considered pro and the only thing that you can do is a basic look up. Disappointed as a long time user.

This app is great if your driving or walking but it could be better if you could also choose train routes.

I have been very impressed with the quality of this app. The design and user experience are very well done.

Great for general weather forecast for a road trip. So many great features are now behind the pay wall. I understand they have to make money, but alternate routes should be free.

I love this app, but the lack of an ‘exit’ button/path to return to the ‘home’ screen and/or the ability to select a different saved route from the route you’re currently in is a kind of a weird and glaring omission. Other than that, the simplicity and features are pretty much perfect. EDIT: Actually it sure would be nice to be able to set a time in advance for stops. So like leg B starts the next morning after arrival at Point A.

My daughter was driving from IA to PA to back to school after Thanksgiving. Downloaded app to track weather along route. Absolutely no mention of snow except for in Pittsburg after 9pm. She had snow starting in Indiana and by time got to Cleveland OH a couple inches on the road. Will not be using again.

This app is such a good idea for people who travel. I am able to keep it open on my phone, easy to follow along while driving to anticipate bad weather and decide when it’s worth stopping overnight. Thank you, thank you thank you

If you don’t plan on paying for the premium version don’t bother with this app. Use drive weather instead because it has more free features like projecting your departure time longer than 24 hours.
