The weather indications are great ,but cannot find a way to get voice directions

Firstly; Thank you to the developers for the free trial of the full app, so we can get a taste of the apps capabilities before buying. • Who is this for? Using Apple Maps, the app displays your route, that you enter, as you would normally in a navigation app, but the weather forecast is displayed along your route. This is really helpful, for us living in the Scottish Highlands 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧, where we can see if ferries ⛴️ could be affected, or if roads could be affected by rain 🌧️, ice 🧊, or snow ❄️. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ • The CarPlay Display; The display is very clear, again using Apple Maps, and the colour scheme highlights likely road conditions. But this is where things go a little weird… As a driver, you (hopefully) are looking out the window, so you know what the weather is. I don’t need the screen to tell me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ • Driven Mad ⚠️ The factor that makes me scream “Noooooo!”, is the robotic monotone SatNav voice from 1999‼️ There’s no option to change this, or use your chosen Siri voice, which drove me crazy! This has to be fairly easy to include❔⭐️ Go or Stall⁉️ • This is a very accurate, clear, and potentially great app, and it should be used before starting a long journey by everyone, especially new drivers and/or if you are driving on unfamiliar roads and/or terrain. But it just needs finishing off, and I look forward to giving 5 Stars when it is. Overall: Definitely a “GO” 🟢⭐️⭐️⭐️

Started well but I had to take a less congested road from the roundabout and the app never recalculated the rout which joins up out of town. It just asked to rejoin the route. If this hastens in an unknown town or city you would be lost. This is a critical function that renders it unusable. Pluse the male voice needs an alternative female voice with no US accent. Apple, Google and Waze all do this. Sadly Waze has an American drawl of a voice and is horrid.

Hi there this is a great app however I’d be grateful if you could look into a web based app that could be used on a Tesla. This would be my dream using it on a Tesla as there is no CarPlay in my car

Wind speeds for my journey on this app stating 13mph with gusts up to 25mph. All other weather forecasters on static stations were on 38-45mph. Bit of a discrepancy there- and I know who were correct so am cancelling this one.

For me a few things missing from the Pro version, I’d renew my subscription if the following are in the pipeline:- 1. Needs to have favourite locations as well as saved routes. 2. 3D rather than just the flat overview view when navigating. 3. Choice of Male or Female voices 4. Automatically reroute on taking a wrong turning

I use this app every day either commuting or travelling in Europe and the UK for over a year now. Every now and again one comes across an app that just does what it says it will do, excellently. This is one of those apps. It is consistently accurate (as much as the other better weather apps are). The ability to plan departure times based on en-route weather is simply genius. The UI is clear, uncomplicated and easy to understand. I have removed all other weather apps from my device; which tells you how much I rate this app. Don’t hesitate; just buy it.

The app provides very limited functionality and I find it hard to use for longer trips requiring stop overs and route customizations. It cannot even account for time zones let alone something more complex! It seems nothing more than a toy.

I’ve had this app for years and was very pleased until I tried to use it today and all the basic features I used to have are now “PRO” and you have to pay for. Really disappointed that something that used to just be basic like checking the different routes is considered pro and the only thing that you can do is a basic look up. Disappointed as a long time user.
