This app is great, it provides almost everything I need in a weather app / widget. Two things that fall short: 1. I can’t make the UV graph/measurements bigger in the widgets. UV is important due to sun allergies in the family so I need forecasts often. I’d love to make it more a priority in the graph, with numbers and larger UV graphs. 2. I can’t share my purchase with my Family via Apple’s Family Sharing. For the price, I’d expect the support for Family Sharing. For sun allergies in my family, I had hoped to share these great widgets with the family. Otherwise, a great app with lots of customisation. I just wish my two points were addressed because they are critical. Also does Apple make developers pay to use their Weather/Dark Sky forecasts APIs? If yes, that’s crazy.
On launching the app you’re presented with a huge popover detailing why it’s such a great app that seems to have no way to remove it other than starting a 7 day trial. It’s then on the user to remember to cancel the subscription. Sneaky. Or a bug?
I have the pro version, and both the watch and iPhone apps work well. Updated and upgraded regularly too. Very good, very happy. 👍🏽- Australia.
Hey, how are you doing? I really like your app, it's pretty cool. Can you please consider adding a variety of different colored themes? Thank you 🙂
I rely on this app. Love the interface. It’s the best!
I’ve talked with the developer countless times since the app was first released and he just does not get the idea that people want to know what the weather is NOW. Every time I look at a stack of widgets each app will update as I scroll through the stack, even if it’s only been 15 minutes. BUT NOT THIS ONE. For this one to update more than every three or four hours, requires that you fully open the app and refresh it. That’s fine if you want to know when it rained last. BUT NOT FOR WHEN ITS GOING TO RAIN NEXT. Don’t settle for bad customer service and save your money.
Can you please list somewhere the exact date for the launch of multi location support? I have had this app on my radar. Tried the free trial. It looked promising. But it’s useless to me without multi location. It’s now close to two years you have said “it’s coming soon!”. And not just that, I have to read through reviews and release notes to check if it’s there yet because the app has a paywall with no way to try it anymore and no clear indication if multi location is still happening, almost there, or done. In retrospect I feel I made the right decision to not subscribe before a feature was done and saved my money. Happy to pay and support your work, but you have to deliver.
This is one of the best weather app for predicting weather, the only improvement I would like to see is a better map of current weather.
Only wish is that the widgets could refresh on their own. Mine frequently just say “forecast too old” but my other weather widgets seem fine. Not sure why that is. Update 4/10: since I wrote this and received a response I have not noticed this issue recurring for me.
