Getting rid of free coin challenges

Why did WEBTOON get rid of free coin challenges?!! That’s literally the only thing that would help people who can’t purchase coins to save up and have a glimpse of their favorite webtoon’s future episodes😩

Episodes don’t open after ads

It’s been a week since this feature started lagging. Even after watching an ad for 3 times it didn’t open a new episode. Maybe devs should look into min length of ad trigger, since I keep seeing the same short ad and nothing happens and it’s driving me crazy how buggy it is. Also, it lags if you screen turned off and then you have to watch it again. Jesus, revise your triggers.

i bought 10 coins for 500 but 2000 was written off, what is this? I can’t return the money, and I received only 10 coins, but it should have been 40 !!

i like the app. it’s comfortable to use and have variety of webtoons, but compared to webtoon.korea it seems to be a few years behind, thats a bit upsetting)

Language

I downloaded this app but everything is in Chinese! I don’t even understand how to find the support team, I can’t find a button to change the language! Wtf?

Cannot close ad

I watched the ad for 30 seconds but the X button isn’t working. I simply cannot turn it off. Why is it like that? I am not able to read an episode because of that.

I have been using this app since I first encountered the term “ comics”. Here, it’s convenient to find and select WEBTOONs you are keen on reading. I love everting related to this app.

Was doing the read for 15 days challenge. And today it nullified of all my progress and just showed me the introduction to challenge screen again. Feel demotivated to read now.
