Great entertainment

After a number of episodes, Watch ads to read one episode for free.

Loads super slowly

Everything loads so slowly and there’s always popups no matter where I go

i <3 you webtoons (Recommendations, PLEASEEE)

im in a hole where i read so much i love u webtoons but there are stories that i really really really wanna binge read, but i just dont have the time to right now webtoon… could you maybe please.. make a bookmark function for me to save my “to read” stories? CAUSE IVE BEEN SEEING STORIES THAT LOOKS SO GOOD but cant find it after… :C please pretty please :3 <3 !!!

Download function needs improvement

It’s generally great, other than the download function. You can only download 1 series at a time, and it stops when you close the app and it takes forever to download.

WEBTOON is nice

I like webtoon however the app keeps logging me out of my account and it has caused my to lose track of my episodes and which series I read. This is very frustrating as every month when I log onto webtoon to read the newest chapters, all my progress would be lost including unfinished series and only the series that I read the previous would be there.

Videos not loading well

The app was fine until about a week ago, when the videos to watch to unlock eps always malfunctions. It may load a five second video ad that doesn’t unlock the eps and then get stuck for the rest of the day.

Really enjoy reading, but..

I love this app. I’ve been reading on it for a year now, but I have a problem with the ads. Some episodes require me to watch an ad in order to read, which I don’t have a problem with. But there’s some ads that are too repetitive, and when I watch them it usually doesn’t even load and I have to rewatch an ad again. I hope you can fix this problem because it’s making me really mad.

Overcharged

I bought some coins but I wasn’t receiving it, it just says that purchase was successful but there were no coins. I only had the history that I was charged.
