The menu button doesn’t work. There are contradictions between the information about the process on the WeCare app and the Teladoc site. Available callback times are very limited. You can’t view your booked telephone callback times. You can’t cancel or amend your booked telephone callbacks. You can’t view GP CVs and choose an appropriate one, as you can with better competitors. It feels like the NHS but with an app. All in all, if this wasn’t free with work I wouldn’t use it. My previous provider was way way ahead of this game.
