The doctor will help you to better understand your symptoms and how to get the best care available to you. The app will allow you to talk to a doctor through:
(1) Call Back: one of our doctors will call you back for a telephone consultation
(2) Video Consultations: schedule a video appointment with one of our doctors
We Care also allows you to request a second medical opinion for a significant number of complex conditions. Once you request a second medical opinion, one of our case managers will get in touch with you to understand your situation and discuss next steps.

Is WeCare Programme free?
Yes, WeCare Programme is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is WeCare Programme legit?
Not enough reviews to make a reliable assessment. The app needs more user feedback.
The menu button doesn’t work.
There are contradictions between the information about the process on the WeCare app and the Teladoc site.
Available callback times are very limited.
You can’t view your booked telephone callback times.
You can’t cancel or amend your booked telephone callbacks.
You can’t view GP CVs and choose an appropriate one, as you can with better competitors.
It feels like the NHS but with an app.
All in all, if this wasn’t free with work I wouldn’t use it. My previous provider was way way ahead of this game.
Awful
Tried to verify my ID and the app just keeps freezing and won’t take the photo.
Useless app
App consistently shows ‘no availability’ when selecting appointments the app advises are actually available
No access code
The app is rubbish!
You have to enter some access code but they don’t say how or where to get it, so the registration is useless and doesn’t work.
Can’t even Register
My employer has signed up to this and I’ve tried to register but it’s keeps saying password invalid even though it matches all the requirements necessary. Given up trying to register which is a shame as I wanted to access the service.
Not helping my mental state
Is it just me or is anyone else finding that they go to open this app, go to enter the login details and the app just ends? I have recently been signed off for a month and thought I would use the app to see what help is offered as my employer has signed up to this service. Unable to get past the login screen does not help.
Doesn’t work
Tried to book a telephone appointment and when I got to the last screen it showed an error message “we need more information, please go back to settings and fill out all information”. Then you go to settings and there is nothing missing, try to book a telephone call again and on last screen the same error message again. What a waste of time this is.
