Guys, the app is great but it is clearly not optimized for iPad. Would be nice to be able to use the whole screen.

Leverage trading
Don’t leverage. Going up twice as fast is the same as going down twice as fast. No problems with withdrawal or depositing
Scam and Bad customers service
I deposited $29 to trade in futures, my onl got to $1,000 and I tried withdrawing $200, my withdrawal request was denied with a mail that I'm unable to make my withdrawal and my account has been locked. I could not close my trade in the futures account either which led to it liquidation. The $200 I transferred to spot was removed and all transactions history cleared. Till date I haven't gotten a reply or a refund of my money and my account is still locked.

Worst exchange I’ve used so far. Deposited some bnb and for ever 8 hours I haven’t been credited even when the transaction has been marked successful on the blockchain

It’s just fast and each click has to load for minutes

Looks like scam. App say kyc complete within 3 day but I submit kyc already 7 day. No response still under verification . First they tell user falls
Indicator on chart doesn’t show my position HORRIBLE
Because the indicator on the futures chart doesn’t show my position I clearly can not trade. This has happened before and it was down for over 4 days. It’s crucial you see your position which support now doesn’t even answer the chat. The flash close won’t respond and indicators stuck so I can’t delete the pane. This app is horrible! It used to be pretty great. Support is horrible! Do not use!
Worst app ever
They had an event giving 100$ for registering and 100$ for kyc, they never gave the money telling me that the event had ended which was not true. But the way they treat you from the support is outrageous they are disrespectful and they think that with cheap excuses that they will go through. When an app (exchange) that wants your money in order to exist are so impolite you understand that you can not trust them with your money.
Doesn’t honor their reward system and customer service doesn’t do anything.
I used a referral link and validated my email and phone number and did kyc to earn the welcome bonus money and they won’t give it to me at all. When I try to use customer service they ignored me for several days and than finally answered and said I didn’t qualify even though I have been verified on the app. Terrible way to treat new customers.
